Terms of Service

Welcome to Sticker-Album.com. These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and us that applies whenever you use this site. By using the site — and especially by creating an account — you're agreeing to them.

1. What this site is

Sticker-Album.com is a free tool for tracking your real-world sticker collections: which stickers you have, which you need, and which spares you can trade. By default everything is stored in your own browser on your own device. If you create an account, your album is also saved to our servers so it backs up automatically and syncs between your devices.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. Younger collectors are welcome to enjoy the site without an account, with a parent managing any account on their behalf.

3. Your account

We use passwordless sign-in (an emailed link, or Google). Your account is yours: keep access to your email secure, since anyone who controls your email inbox can sign in as you. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content

You may upload images (for example, photos of stickers you own) to display inside your own album. Everything you upload stays yours — we claim no ownership. You give us only the limited permission needed to store your content and show it back to you; that's what makes the service work.

Uploaded images are private to your account. They are not visible to other users or to the public.

In return, you promise that:

• you own your uploads or have the right to use them, and your use of any scanned or photographed material is for your own personal, non-commercial collection tracking;
• you won't upload anything illegal, or anything that would be harmful or abusive if it were ever seen by another person;
• you won't use the site to infringe anyone's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other people's accounts or data, no probing or breaking our security, no scraping, reselling, or overloading the service, and no using it for anything unlawful.

6. Trading between collectors

The swap network lets collectors propose and accept sticker trades with each other. Trades are agreements between the two collectors — we are not a party to any trade, we don't verify anyone's identity or stickers, and we can't guarantee the other person will follow through. Trade at your own judgment; the completed-trades count on a profile is there to help you exercise it.

Mail coordination is optional and for adults only: by switching it on you confirm you are 18 or older. It gives an accepted trade a private relay email address that forwards messages between the two of you without revealing real email addresses. The relay is for arranging that trade; it closes when the trade does. Don't use it to harass anyone, send spam, or request money, passwords, or personal information beyond a mailing address — we may close relays and accounts that abuse it. Messages pass through our email infrastructure to be forwarded but are not stored on our servers.

7. Our rights

We may remove any content and suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or puts the service or its users at risk — without prior notice if necessary. We may also change, pause, or discontinue features (or the whole service); where practical we'll give notice so you can export your collection first.

8. Trademarks & independence

Sticker-Album.com is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, Panini, or any sticker publisher, team, or league. Album and product names appear on this site only to identify which real-world collections our checklists correspond to. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email us at hello@sticker-album.com with enough detail to identify the material and your claim to it. We respond to valid notices, including by removing material where appropriate.

10. No warranty

The service is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please use the built-in backup feature for anything you'd hate to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, make it noticeable on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
